Sean is the founder of FlexSpace Consulting, bringing extensive experience across the flexible and serviced office sector. His expertise lies primarily in helping flex operators grow their networks and supporting building owners in unlocking the potential of their available space through flexible workspace solutions. Throughout his career, Sean has been involved in deals in the flex space with a combined value of more than £90 million.

At FlexSpace, Sean leads the team’s relationships with landlords and flex operators, helping them identify opportunities, develop strategies and structure deals that work for all parties. The wider team focuses on occupiers, matching businesses with the most suitable flexible workspace for their needs. Sean also remains closely involved in occupancy enquiries, particularly across the London market.

Before establishing FlexSpace Consulting, Sean worked in the technology sector, an experience that has played a significant role in shaping the business. He has incorporated technology and automation throughout FlexSpace to improve efficiency, streamline processes and give the team more time to focus on what matters most - working directly with clients.
